Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we collect on groupemas.com, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

2. Data collected
We only collect data when you use the contact form: last name, first name, company, phone number, email address, subject and the content of your message.
The website offers no user accounts and no newsletter subscription.
3. Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your request (information, partnership, distribution or other). Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
4. Recipients
Your data is read by authorised staff of GROUPEMAS and, depending on your request, of its subsidiaries Maître Pierre and Compagnie des Pâtissiers. It is never sold or transferred.
Form messages are sent by email directly from our web hosting, located in France with OVH SAS (Roubaix). No third-party service is involved and your data is not transferred outside the European Union.
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for three years from our last exchange if you are a prospective customer, after which it is deleted.
6. Security
The website is served over HTTPS: exchanges between your browser and the site are encrypted. Access to the messages received is limited to the people who need them to reply to you.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@groupemas.com or to our registered office. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

This website does not set any analytics or advertising cookies. That is why no consent banner is shown.

This policy may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
